Answers to your questions about our new Hotel Connect service


Can I get a refund on my Return Ticket if I am unable to use it?
Please consider your travel plans carefully when purchasing a Return Ticket as partial refunds are not available for activated tickets. Refunds on tickets not activated are subject to special conditions and are subject to approval by management.

How long is the trip?
Transfers take approximately up to 90 minutes from Auckland Airport to the last stop en route (Copthorne Anzac Ave). Times may vary due to traffic conditions. Please allow an extra 10-15 minutes if travelling in rush hour traffic.

What are the fares?
All fares are the same: One Way $20 / Return $40

Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes, just go to www.hotelconnect.co.nz and make your booking with your credit card.

How long will the shuttle wait for me if I’m running late?
The shuttle is on a strict timetable and will only be able to wait 2-3 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.  You will have to change your booking to a later shuttle if you miss your booked shuttle.

To avoid missing your shuttle, please ensure you are ready for pickup at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.  Refer to our timetable on our website for full details.

How do I change my booking?
Either see your hotel reception or call us on 0800 587 822 and one of team will make the required changes for you.
